Models

The engineers at our model building unit work on construction design and reference vehicles, as well as cutting templates and functional models. These are often vehicles built for exhibitions, trade shows, presentations, shows and press launches and have to satisfy many different requirements. In the initial stages, which lead to fully-formed vehicles, our staff also manufacture foam, clay and wind tunnel models for our customers.

Production of prototypes and small ranges

We also have expertise in the production of prototypes and small ranges. Not only are we experts in producing parts from carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP), glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GFRP), ureol and foam, but we also have the customer knowledge needed to develop and manufacture tools for the professional processing of CFRP and GFRP laminates, as well as for vacuum design.

We have a large number of CNC machine tools, ensuring perfect results. We can therefore produce the necessary rolled and machined components itself or perform work on the cylinder head directly at your own plant.
