Analying/benchmarking your organization’s project management maturity
The purpose of analyzing your organization’s project management maturity is to identify improvement areas and to set targets for what level of project management maturity you can achieve. This creates an awareness and culture of continuous improvement within the project management area.
Risk analysis
The purpose of risk analysis is not only to focus on uncertainties in the project but also on the whole project's environment. This is done to decide how to handle doubts by actively mitigatinge the identified issues. We offer two types of risk analyses: The successive principle and the mini-risk.
Project audit
The purpose of audits can be to ensure that the project is managed in efficiently or that the information required is available for the correct decision to be made. It is easy to miss the obvious when you review your own project and it is therefore easier to bring in someone from outside to do it.
