Motorbike

In the Motorbike area we prepare complete vehicle concepts, and we are the people to talk to for the construction of drivable prototypes. This includes packaging studies on the complete vehicle. Of course, our work in the Motorbike unit encompasses stress analyses on all components. Our development work covers the following areas:

• Development and design of the base engine (crankcase, cylinder head, etc.)
• Development and design of the engine periphery (mixture preparation,
  exhaust system)
• Engine testing: planning of test runs, evaluation and documentation of results
• Development and design of chassis (frame, swing arms, wheels, etc.)
• Development and design of fuel tanks
• Development and design of paneling (body contouring, component modeling)

In addition, we equip test vehicles with complete measuring technology and evaluate the measurements for our clients. On request our staff performs endurance testing of complete vehicles, and we support our customers in the ongoing production refinement of drive train and chassis components.

Thanks to our motorbike development expertise we are welcome partners for supporting the achievement of consistent product quality in the production process. In addition, we prepare repair guides and manuals for motorbikes we develop; this includes determining work units.
