Case: Installation, maintenance and repair information for Bombardier

Semcon supports Bombardier Transportation with development of technical information for its trains. In addition, as a trusted long term partner we support Bombardier with strategic advice and continuous improvements.

Challenge
Bombardier Transportation Sweden AB used to contract consultants from several different suppliers. This was found to be inefficient, with the added difficulty of trying to retain product knowledge. Therefore, Bombardier decided to seek one partner for a long-term business relationship.

Solution
Semcon proved to best meet Bombardier’s requirements and was appointed strategic partner for supplying technical documentation services for Bombardier Transportation Sweden AB.
